i know its been a while but to clear this up the oculus quest 2 now known as the meta quest 2 uses apk files for some reason so he most likely is asking it to sideload it onto the quest because the developer mad it pcvr exclusive
who ever asked how to play this game you have to have sidequest. download the game on itch and then go to sidequest and press choose an apk from your folders and plug in your headset with a type-c cable and sidequest will be connected to your oculus quest. if not click the down arrow in the top left corner and choose oculus quest. when sidequest is connected choose "Five nights at Freddy's 4 VR.zip. when it is done downloading put on your quest and go to apps and then click all and scroll down to unknown sources and cick it and then find the source that says "Five nights at Freddy's 4 VR.zip" and click then you will start playing the game. in the time i have owned a oculus quest i have never really been scared by anythinf in a game but this game was the first to really give me a scear, i screamed like if i have been stabbed i wander what my nabor thinks right now, but oh well all in all a great game if you want a good scare! 10/10! keep the good work up!
For some reason it won't work with oculus... I launched the game and I can use my mouse and keyboard to explore the map. I mean oculus will open but it will just sit there saying loading FNAF 4 VR even though on my desktop I can see it but I'm not moving or have a flashlight on, Steam VR won't even launch with it. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
The game does support the oculus rift/s. But Unity(the engine I made the game in) can only handl openVr or oculusVR. But I will maybe update the game because it was made with an older version of Unity and was one of my "learning" projects. But thanks for the report ;)
Thanks to every one who played my fan game! I will recreate the whole game and make it much more realistic and add every feature from the original FNAF 4!
